Not everything fits into a neat category! I sketch and paint buildings and urban areas now and then and used to put them with my landscapes, but they really don't fit. I am also occasionally commissioned to render a house, but that doesn't fit into my "cmmissioned" categories either. Hence, the catch-all page! View my urban scenes depicting my home town of Carnegie for the most part, directly below, and two commissioned homes below that.

I am short on descriptions, but will fill in where necessary soon!

I worked from photographs on these because I was experimenting with acrylic paint, a medium I'm not familiar with. I chose subjects that don't necessarily come up well in pastel, but would work well in paint. The pattern you see in these paintings is actually the canvas pattern that my scanner picked up.
