premier personal healthcare, llc

I first began working with Dr. Joel Warshaw several years ago when he devised Primary Health Screen (brochure on "brochures" page). When he decided to leave his group practice to institute a concierge medical practice he called again, explained the new business and what he had in mind. I don't have many customers who assist in their own design, but in addition to being an excellent and innovative doctor, Dr. Warshaw is also a very creative thinker when it comes to design.

logo

This doctor opened the first "concierge" medical practice in the area, on where the customer pays a yearly fee for total access to the doctor. This was a big risk, and the logo, website and all other collateral materials were critical. All the elements are original, and while you can't wander too far from a caduceus when workign with medical professions, the challenge is to make it look unique. We also have it designed in different colors for different purposes.

business card and appointment card

The business card and appointment card used the black and gold version of the logo, with the gold printed in metallic ink, on gray linen cover stock.

letterhead and envelope

In this case it is used in black only on the envelope, but we printed metallic gold ink on the letterhead. Both are printed on gray linen stock, like the business card.

website

This doctor opened the first "concierge" medical practice in the area, on where the customer pays a yearly fee for total access to the doctor. This was a big risk, and the website is a very important part of the success of the business so that anyone can visit the site and read about how this new concept in medical care works. The doctor himself is pretty web-savvy, and I set up the templates and created the header images, while he undertook to fill in the text on all the pages, and he continues to manage it, including adding a medical records section so his patients' records are accessible to other treating physicians. Please visit the site at www.warshawmd.com.
