Nature: winter

Possibly my favorite season, perhaps it's the brilliance of a sunny day among bare trees and the subtlety of colors, the brilliant flash of a berry or seed in a field of ochre or verdigris, or the total transformation of our familiar landscape by simply falling snow, I'm not sure and I don't question. Winter scenes also show frequently among my paintings and sketches, and I even have a show entitled "Winter Whtie" that is one of my favorites..
